Hello, I'm Mariia. I grow gardens on canvas.
Based between Lisbon and Kyiv. Former graphic designer who left advertising in 2017 to paint full-time. My practice is about healing — soft forms, brave color, nature as mirror.
My philosophy: art should hold you like a warm garden in October.
I work in series. I collect herbariums, childhood photos, letters from my grandmother, and translate them into layered abstractions. Each painting has 7-15 layers — you can get lost in it and find yourself again. Collectors say my works lower anxiety, add light, start conversations.
